PMI-SD Regional Conference 2018

There is an ongoing war about these two modes of work, that does little service to the question ‘what problem are we trying to solve’. In today’s world of fast pace and ever-changing landscapes, a leader needs to have more than one tool in their tool box. In this session, we’ll look at the question of leadership and explore the tools available to us as Agile leaders when questions come up about the old structures of project management and our stakeholders are accustomed to seeing and using.
