The Agile Executive

This is a brief overview and look at what this thing called Agile is all about and how it can help you achieve your vision for agility within your organization. Organizational agility is vital in today’s business climate. And it all starts with awareness, a vision and a commitment. This session will help de-mystify the concepts, the theory and help your executive team connect the dots.

I’ve worked with executives at all levels and from San Diego to The Silicon Valley to Sweden on understanding what Agile is and how it may impact work at their level; I’ve helped them connect the dots on how to navigate in this new culture and supported them as they go along the way with executive and leadership coaching.
